Our Staff

Victoria Baker, Owner/Artist

Victoria has been working in the industry for 20+ years. She specializes in creative custom works, tattoo restoration and cover ups. She is a veteran of the United States Air Force where she proudly served on active duty as well as the Indiana Air National Guard.

Julian York, Tattoo Artist

Joining us from Bloomington is the talented Julian York. He loves doing work that revolves around fantasy or anime/video games, and has an illustrative, contemporary style. Julian also enjoys color and fineline work. In his free time you'll usually find him taking care of his two dogs, or tending to over 80 houseplants. Chris Baker, Office Manager/Piercing Apprentice

A valuable member of the team, Chris keeps things running for us at Rebel Rose. He also is in training to be a piercer.
